A local North Bay couple bringing you curated finds for the home and beyond, without the full retail price.
Locally Owned in North BayOpulent Finds is a new local venture created by a North Bay couple who believe beautiful, practical products should not have to come with overwhelming price tags.
Alex has a background in design and marketing and developed a love for interior design while pursuing a new career in the industry. Through her work, she began building relationships with wholesalers, suppliers and trusted sources to find beautiful home and lifestyle products at exceptional prices for her design clients.
That sparked an idea: why not bring those same opportunities to North Bay?
Anthony, a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, supports the hands-on side of the business. From friendly doorstep delivery to optional assembly services, he helps make your shopping experience simple, convenient and welcoming.
Together, we created Opulent Finds to give North Bay access to a thoughtfully curated selection of furniture, outdoor living products, home décor and everyday lifestyle finds at prices that do not break the bank.
As a new local business, we currently operate from our home and nearby storage units. This allows us to keep our operating costs manageable and pass those savings along to our customers.
Because we do not currently have a public storefront, purchases, pickups and product viewings must be arranged in advance. We are working toward expanding into a small local warehouse as the business grows, giving us more room to display products and offer an even larger selection.

Think of us as a small, locally owned version of Winners or HomeSense, with a more personal shopping experience.
We purchase carefully selected groups of products through our supplier network. These products may come from major retailers and recognizable brands such as Wayfair, Article, Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, RONA and others.
Products become available to us for many reasons, including:
- Seasonal changes and end-of-season transitions
- Retail assortment or packaging updates
- Previous-season colours and styles
- Boxes with cosmetic wear while the product remains in excellent condition
- Supplier inventory changes
- Customer returns involving the wrong size, colour or model
- Products that are new, open-box or already assembled
Every item is reviewed before it is offered for sale. We clearly share its condition, important details and any imperfections we find, so you know what to expect before purchasing.
We want you to feel confident purchasing from Opulent Finds.
If you receive your item and it does not match the condition or description provided in the listing, please contact us right away. This includes an undisclosed missing part, damage, incorrect size, incorrect colour or another issue that should have been identified before your purchase.
Depending on the situation, we will:
- Supply the appropriate missing part
- Replace the item when an equivalent replacement is available
- Arrange to collect the item ourselves and provide a full refund
Concerns must be reported within seven days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Our guarantee does not cover a change of mind, measurements that were not checked before purchasing, expected packaging wear that was disclosed, normal colour differences between screens or damage caused after pickup or delivery.
Opulent Finds is not a large retail chain. We are a new local business building our reputation one customer and one carefully selected find at a time.
Our selection is always changing, and quantities are often limited. Some items are available to purchase immediately, while others are featured through our Limited-Time Offer Events, giving you the opportunity to bid on great finds and secure amazing prices.
