Brand new, complete and unused. Sealed in its original packaging or inspected by us only.
Pristine or excellent condition with no noticeable damage or wear.
Excellent overall condition with a small note, such as packaging wear, minor imperfection, replaced part, or missing original packaging, as long as it does not affect look, use, or functionality.
Many of our products are sealed or brand new, but some come from supplier channels where boxes show wear, packaging has been opened, or a minor cosmetic note exists. Grading lets you shop with full confidence — you'll always know what's in the box before it arrives.
