Most products do not come with a manufacturer warranty unless clearly stated in the listing. Each item is inspected before being listed when applicable.
All purchases from Opulent Finds are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refund or store credit will be issued when an item matches the condition, description, measurements and other details disclosed in the listing or communicated before purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs and product details, confirming measurements and asking any questions before completing their purchase. Change of mind, personal preference, an item not fitting the intended space, disclosed imperfections, expected packaging wear or normal colour variations between screens do not qualify for a return, refund, exchange or store credit.
If an item is materially not as described or has an undisclosed issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can review the concern and work toward a fair solution. This seven-day guarantee does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
