These terms describe how you may use the Opulent Finds North Bay website and purchase items from the store. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a pricing error is found or an item is no longer available — and to issue a full refund in such cases.
Items are inspected and condition-graded before listing. See our Condition Guide for the grading scale.
All purchases from Opulent Finds are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refund or store credit will be issued when an item matches the condition, description, measurements and other details disclosed in the listing or communicated before purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs and product details, confirming measurements and asking any questions before completing their purchase. Change of mind, personal preference, an item not fitting the intended space, disclosed imperfections, expected packaging wear or normal colour variations between screens do not qualify for a return, refund, exchange or store credit.
If an item materially differs from its description or has an undisclosed issue, our seven-day guarantee outlined on the Warranty and Satisfaction page will apply. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Most products do not come with a manufacturer warranty unless clearly stated. If an item is materially not as described, contact us within 7 days. See Warranty and Satisfaction for full details.
Each event listing clearly shows the offer rules, closing time, payment terms, pickup details, delivery availability, and shipping eligibility. By participating, you agree to the rules listed on that event.
