Where our products come from

At Opulent Finds North Bay, we diligently select products from trusted suppliers. Our items originate from major retailers across North America and sometimes beyond, including Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon, Target, Costco, Home Depot and more.

These may include:

• Completely sealed items from stores that need to make room and release inventory from their location
• Packages that were lost, undelivered, or never claimed
• Customer returns due to the wrong size, colour, or model
• Products with minor imperfections that do not affect the look or functionality
• Items with missing box, packaging wear or tear where the product inside remains in perfect condition

How each item is inspected

Before anything is listed, each item goes through a thorough inspection process. This may include functionality testing, part counts, quality checks, and a full condition review.

Once approved, items are repackaged and made available to our customers. Sometimes an item may have something missing or have imperfection that was not seen during inspection, even though we do our best, it can happen. In this case, a buyer simply needs to contact us and we will either issue a full refund and pickup the item, offer an exchange if available, or to supply missing part. 

How you get it home

Most items are local pickup from our home in North Bay or storage locations. Delivery is available locally for free on orders over $75. For delivery outside North bay, contact us and request a price to your local.  Shipping is also available on select eligible items.
